Sharon Van Etten played new songs @ ACL & Red Rocks (video/pics)

Sharon Van Etten recently announced her new album, Remind Me Tomorrow, and shared its first single, “Comeback Kid.” More recently, Sharon played two big shows: the first weekend of the Austin City Limits Festival, then a set opening for The National at Red Rocks on Tuesday (10/9).

At both ACL and Red Rocks (which was, unfortunately, rainy and cold), she performed “Comeback Kid,” as well as “Jupiter,” a song she co-wrote with Donna Missal which came out on Donna’s recent album This Time. (There’s also a song called “Jupiter 4″ on Sharon’s upcoming album.) You can watch video of SVE playing “Jupiter,” “Comeback Kid,” and older songs like “Serpents” and “Every Time the Sun Comes Up,” below.

This weekend, Sharon plays ACL Fest weekend 2 on Saturday (10/13) and then heads to the Bay Area for Treasure Island Fest on Sunday (10/14). Remind Me Tomorrow is out January 18.
