Sharon Van Etten released one of our favorite albums of 2019, Real Estate is releasing one of our most anticipated albums of 2020, and now the fellow NJ natives are teaming up for “A Central Park Garden State Party” happening at Central Park SummerStage on July 29. The show also features local support from NYC’s Grace Ives (who released her album 2nd last year). Tickets go on sale Friday (1/31) at 10 AM with presales beforehand, including an artist presale starting Wednesday (1/29) at 10 AM (password = GARDENPARTY).

Sharon was also announced for Boston Calling today and has other upcoming dates, all of which are listed below.

Real Estate will also perform in NYC at Live From Here with Chris Thile on February 15 at Town Hall (tickets), and they’ve also got a spring tour coming up. Their new album The Main Thing drops 2/28 via Domino and you can stream its Sylvan Esso-featuring single “Paper Cup” below.
