Sheer Terror, Cheetah Chrome & more playing Upstart Antisocial Campout in NY
The annual touring punk rock party Upstart Fest is returning for its sixth season this September (details TBA), and the people behind it are also throwing a punk festival in Upstate NY. It’s called the Upstart Antisocial Campout and it happens September 9 & 10 at the Blackthorne Resort in East Durham, NY, which is about two hours north of NYC.
The lineup includes NYHC vets Sheer Terror, the legendary Cheetah Chrome (Dead Boys, Rocket From the Tombs), ska vets Mephiskapheles, Russian punks Svetlanas, Big D and the Kids Table, Lost In Society, The Jukebox Romantics, After the Fall, and more. Tickets are on sale now and kids under 12 get in for free.
