Shonen Knife released a new album, touring, playing NYC with Habibi and The Suzan (dates & video)

Japanese cult punk trio Shonen Knife put out a new album, Overdrive, this year, and they’ve since announced that they’ll return to North America to support it on a tour here. That tour hits NYC at new-ish Brooklyn venue The Wick on September 12. Opening the show are Habibi and The Suzan, making for an all around strong bill. Tickets for that one are on sale now.
