Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls streaming debut LP, have a new a video, touring

Portland, OR lo-fi emo/pop punks Sioux Falls recently released their debut album, Rot Forever, which has 16 songs that clock in at over 70 minutes, with certain tracks passing the seven and eight minute marks. (Not exactly what you’d expect from a “lo-fi emo/pop punk” debut album.) We’re premiering the video for the album’s second track, “Dom,” which kind of sounds like if Joyce Manor jacked the melody from blink-182’s “Adam’s Song” and recorded it with early Wavves production. You can watch that below.

The album’s out now on Derrick Shanholtzer-Dvorak from TWIABP’s label Broken World Media and Standard Brickhouse Records. It also features Tyler Bussey from TWIABP playing banjo on “Practice Space.” A stream of the full LP is below.

Sioux Falls is also touring and hitting NYC on May 14 at Shea Stadium with Paper Streets. All dates are listed below.
