Slaughter Beach, Dog

Slaughter Beach, Dog touring, releasing 'Safe And Also No Fear'

Modern Baseball co-frontman Jake Ewald started Slaughter Beach, Dog as a solo project, but it’s since evolved into a full band, featuring Ian Farmer, also of Modern Baseball; Nick Harris of All Dogs; and Zack Robbins of Superheaven. As mentioned, after a year of collaborating and recording, they’ve announced a new album, Safe And Also No Fear, due out August 2 via Lame-O Records. Listen to the first two singles, “One Down” and “Good Ones,” below.

Slaughter Beach, Dog have also announced a tour to support the new album. They’ll hit the road with Cave People and Early Animator starting August 16 in Boston, MA, and stop in NYC, Baltimore, Orlando, Atlanta, New Orleans, Austin, Phoenix, San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, and more. Their NYC date happens at Bowery Ballroom on August 17, and tickets go on sale Wednesday 6/12 at noon.
