Snapcase playing hometown one-off with Counterparts
Influential metalcore greats Snapcase‘s shows are few and far between these days, and they tend to stick to one-offs in their home state of New York and festivals (like The Fest, which they played in October). The Buffalo band are playing a hometown show on January 20 at Town Ballroom. Direct support comes from the comparatively newer metalcore band Counterparts, whose 2017 album You’re Not You Anymore recently landed on Stereogum’s year-end list, and also opening is Buffalo emo-pop band Pentimento. Tickets go on sale Friday (12/8) at noon.
Counterparts are also touring with Architects and Stick to Your Guns, and playing NYC’s Playstation Theater on February 17 (tickets).
