Bummer news: Sorority Noise are taking a break after their upcoming UK tour with The Wonder Years and headlining North American tour. Singer Cam Boucher writes:

hello all,
this may come as unexpected news but after our upcoming US/UK tours, Sorority Noise will be going on hiatus. This is something i’ve been thinking about for a few months and i think it’s in my heart and mind’s best interest to take a break from the band for a while.

thank you all so much for your endless support and i know i speak for everyone when i say that these past few years have been beyond our wildest imaginations.

in our time away, use this opportunity to find new bands, ones you might not normally listen to, and listen to what they have to say.

ynaayt is streaming early everywhere now and our tour starts in a week.
take care of yourselves and we’ll hopefully talk to you soon.

Sorority Noise’s North American tour includes NYC-area shows at Asbury Park’s House of Independents on April 1 with Remo Drive, Jelani Sei and Animal Flag (tickets) and NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on April 5 with Remo Drive and Jelani Sei (tickets). All dates are listed below.

As Cam mentioned in his statement, YNA_AYT, the new acoustic re-working of last year’s You’re Not As _____ As You Think which includes a Leonard Cohen cover, a new song “Windowwww,” and strings by Michael Underwood, is now here to stream. You can listen to that below too.

Hope to see you back soon, Sorority Noise!
