South Street Seaport's Pier 17 summer concert lineup announced, Stray Cats included

South Street Seaport’s The Rooftop at Pier 17 has announced the initial lineup of shows for its 2019 Summer Concert Series. (The venue and series opened last summer.) They include shows we already knew about, like Passion Pit (May 21), The Lonely Island (June 21 which was previously “NYC venue TBA), Billie Eilish (June 18), Steve Miller Band & Marty Stuart (July 24), as well as a bunch of just announced shows, including the reunited Stray Cats (8/6), Ben Folds and Violent Femmes (8/1), Papa Roach (8/11), Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band (8/18), Squeeze (8/24), Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue (8/26 & 8/27), Shakey Graves and Dr. Dog (9/14 & 9/15), and Thievery Corporation (10/11).
They’ve added a second Passion Pit show, happening May 17. Check out the full lineup below.

Tickets to the just announced shows go on sale Friday, March 1 at 10 AM with a Chase cardmember presale starting Tuesday, February 26 at 10 AM.
