The next single in the Adult Swim Singles series is a new one from Speedy Ortiz, “Bigger Party.” It’s a good one, with singer Sadie Dupuis’ personal storytelling style intact on that chorus of “I’m sorry for the time that I made out with all your friends, I’m really a shithead.” Check it out (via AV Club) below.

Speedy will be in NYC this weekend for the free 4Knots Festival on Saturday (7/12) at South Street Seaport with Dinosaur Jr, Mac DeMarco and more.

They also recently announced a tour with Ex Hex which hits NYC on November 1 at Glasslands with Aye Nako and November 2 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets for the Glasslands show are on sale now, and tickets for the Merc show go on sale today (7/11) at noon.

Ex Hex recently released a new single from their upcoming Merge debut too. If you missed that, you can stream it, along with the new Speedy song, below…
