Still Corners on tour w/ CHVRCHES; Mercury Lounge show rescheduled

Still Corners released their second album, Strange Pleasures, last month via Sub Pop and if you haven’t heard it yet, it’s a terrific record. I was a big fan of their debut but I think Strange Pleasures is better, adding synthpop elements to their icy, ethereal sound. You can stream the whole record via Rdio or Spotify.
The band are currently on a tour with CHVRCHES which includes two sold-out NYC shows. That tour derailed Still Corners previously-announced headlining shows, with their Glasslands date getting canceled and the Mercury Lounge show moving from June 11 to June 19. Opening at Mercury is previously-profiled Imperial Topaz, making for a strong double-bill. Tickets for the Mercury Lounge are still available.
