Sting celebrating the release of new album with Irving Plaza show

Former Police-man and tantrisme proponent Sting has a new album coming out next week (11/11) titled 57th & 9th. That’s the cover art above and if you want to listen to lead single “I Can’t Stop Thinking About You,” that’s something you can do below.

Sting will be celebrating the release of the new album with an intimate show at NYC’s Irving Plaza on November 9. where he’ll be playing songs and talking about the new LP. Tickets for that show go on sale Monday, November 7 at noon with a Sting fanclub presale beginning at 10 AM that same day. The release party will also be broadcast on “iHeartRadio Stations, Stream on AT&T and Televise on AUDIENCE Network available on DIRECTV and U-verse.”

He’s got a couple other shows on the horizon. Those are listed, along with a video compilation of Police drummer Stewart Copeland messing with Sting over the years, below.
