The May 7 release date for Vampire Weekend‘s third album, Modern Vampires of the City, and today the band have released two songs from it to hear, the mildly blown-out “Diane Young,” and the more mellow “Step.” You can stream them both below. The two songs will be on either side of a 7″ single to be released April 9 as well.
Vampire Weekend will also be hitting the road this spring — some dates with Tanlines, some dates with Haim — and while no hometown NYC show has been announced yet, all announced dates are listed below.
