As mentioned, Bay Area band Legs will release their debut album, Pass the Ringo, this week (4/23) on Log Lady records. (Again this Legs is not to be confused with the Vancouver band of the same name.) Owing more than a little to ’80s New Zealand bands and UK indie like Television Personalities, it’s packed with warm, messy pop that never obscures the great songs with too much distortion or reverb.
