Superjoint (Phil Anselmo) touring with King Parrot, Child Bite & more

One of Phil Anselmo’s many bands, Superjoint (which also includes Jimmy Bower of Eyehategod and Down) returned last year with Caught Up in the Gears of Application, their first album in over a decade. They’re now set to hit the road in continued support of it this fall, with openers DevilDriver, King Parrot, Cane Hill, and Child Bite.

The tour includes a NYC show on October 11 at Gramercy Theatre. Tickets for that show are on sale now. All dates are listed below.

Phil Anselmo has also been busy this year with his band Scour (which also includes members of Pig Destroyer, Cattle Decapitation, and more). He revisited Pantera’s “Strength Beyond Strength” at Scour’s Saint Vitus show last month, and you can watch video of that below:
