Sylvan Esso sign to Partisan, releasing debut LP in May, playing SXSW (updated dates, new track stream)

Sylvan Esso, aka the folky/electronic collaboration between Mountain Man’s Amelia Meath and Megafaun’s Nick Sanborn, have signed with Partisan Records and will release their debut album in May. Before that, the duo will release a 12″ single on March 25 and you can stream the A-side, “Coffee,” below.

You can hear more of Sylvan Esso when they head out on a short tour next week that hits NYC on Thursday, January 30 at Rough Trade with openers ARP and Alvvays. This show will be the first for Rough Trade since having to shut down in December due to sound/noise issues. Tickets are still available.

They’ll also be in Austin for SXSW. Updated dates are listed, along with the new single stream, below…
