T-Pain announces acoustic tour with Smino & Felly
T-Pain wowed fans with a dazzling acoustic performance at NPR’s Tiny Desk back in 2014, and now he’s taking those stripped-down versions on the road. The singer has just announced a brief “Acoustic Tour,” which will hit six cities across the country. Tour openers include Smino (who released an album back in March) and Felly. If you’ve ever wanted to hear T-Pain’s smooth, un-digitized voice in an intimate setting, now’s your chance
The tour includes a stop at NYC’s Gramercy Theatre on October 24, and that one’s with Smino. Tickets for that show go on general sale this Friday (8/25), with various presales starting Wednesday (8/23). All dates are listed below.
Meanwhile, Felly just dropped his latest album, titled Wild Strawberries, on Monday. The record blends classic soul and reggae influences with more familiar, contemporary sounds from dance and hip hop. Listen to the full album below.
