Very unassuming she is...soft spoken. Britta's strong suit is her voice which sounded great on "Winter Tour" and a couple new ones I didn't catch the name of. [Fresh Bread]

As I mentioned (a few times actually), Britta Persson is now in NYC, and she'll play her very first U.S. show this Tuesday July 3rd at 7pm at the extremely intimate (and free) Rockwood Music Hall. Don't show up late - she really will be going on at 7:00. Her 2nd, and only other scheduled US/NYC show is at the Living Room Friday night @ 11pm - get there early for a seat - come by after the free Fujiya & Miyagi show at South Street Seaport.

It was back in November that I first fell in love with Swedish singer-songwriter Britta Persson. I emailed her shortly thereafter to see if she had any plans to play NYC. Then she recently asked for my help in making it happen while she's in town helping us celebrate our independence from Great Britain, and so....
