Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade at Paper Box, 9/19/2012

Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade joined Kitty Pryde and Flatbush Zombies at Paper Box on September 19, a free-event for those who RSVP'd. The show was in celebration of the new Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade EP, out now via Scion/Fool's Gold and streamable below in full. Pictures from that show are in this post.

If you missed the show, you'll have to hit two separate shows this week in order to catch both Danny Brown and Kitty Pryde: Danny Brown hits Roseland on Thursday (9/27) and Kitty Pryde plays 285 Kent on Friday (9/28).

Danny Brown's Bruiser Brigade project (with Dopehead and Skywlkr) have a self titled EP out via Scion and Fool's Gold, which you can now stream in full or download in exchange for your email address below. As mentioned, Danny and Bruiser Brigade play a free Scion-presented "Open Mic" party in NYC TONIGHT (9/19) at Paper Box with Kitty Pryde and Flatbush Zombies. The 21+ show is free but RSVP is required.

Kitty Pryde has other upcoming shows, including another in Brooklyn next week at 285 Kent on September 28 with LOLGurlz, Schwarz, and DJ Uniique. Admission is $5 before midnight and $7 after for this all ages show. No advance tickets at the moment. She also plays Wesleyan University on Thursday (9/20) with Danny Brown and Stevens Insitute of Technology in Hoboken on October 7.

Danny Brown's Bruiser Brigade, Flatbush Zombies, and Kitty Pryde are playing a free, Scion-presented "Open Mic" party in NYC at Paper Box on Wednesday (9/19), a few days before Danny heads out on the road with A$AP Rocky (a tour that brings him back to NYC to play Roseland on 9/27). The free show is a 21+ show and you need to RSVP.

The show is, coincidentally, just in time for a new Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade EP which will drop next week via the music-minded car company's ScionAV label. You can watch a new-ish interview with Brown (also via ScionAV) below.

Meanwhile, Danny's best bud Kitty Pryde was on The Chris Gethard Show last night which was co-hosted by Andrew WK (who recently guested on new web series 'We Can Do It' and played Coney Island). Kitty performs two songs on the show and you can watch the whole episode below.
