Dash Loose Skrew

Da$h going on 'Loose Skrew' tour

Even if you don’t recognize NJ rapper Da$h by name, you may recognize his voice from A$AP Mob’s Lords Never Worry mixtape or Earl Sweatshirt’s I Don’t Like Shit, I Don’t Go Outside. He released his latest full-length project, Loose Skrew, in December, and it’s cut from a similar ominous, atmospheric cloth to that Earl album. (Da$h also sometimes sounds a little like Schoolboy Q, and sometimes a little like Vince Staples, who he’s collaborated with more than once.) The only guest on the album is J Cole affiliate J.I.D, but Da$h’s biting delivery has no trouble holding your attention for the length of an album. If you haven’t heard Loose Skrew yet, you can and should stream it below.

Da$h is supporting the album on the Loose Skrew tour, which begins at NYC’s SOB’s (2/28) at the end of the month (tickets). The day after that, he hits Long Island’s Amityville Music Hall (3/1) (tickets). He then heads to Boston, Penn., and Florida. All dates are listed below.
