Langhorne Slim & band (which does not include Danger Mouse)

Norah Jones, whose new Danger Mouse-produced album Little Broken Hearts is out now, is playing the Bell House Friday, May 11. Tickets for the Brooklyn show go on sale at noon today (5/8). Norah also has a much larger show coming up at Central Park Summerstage in July and other dates which are listed below.

Cory Chisel is one of the many artists playing the upcoming Dylan Fest at irving Plaza and the Do Division Festival in Chicago. He's also opening for Murder By Death at the previously mentioned Webster Hall show which is part of a larger tour for the two artists. In August he hits the road with Norah Jones. All tour dates are listed below.

Some of Murder by Death's dates are with Ha Ha Tonka, who just played the Kentucky Derby and meanwhile will hit the road with Langhorne Slim for a tour that visits Bowery Ballroom on June 14. All dates are listed below...

The 10th Anniversary ACL Festival line-up is on the books. Stevie Wonder, Arcade Fire, Kanye West, Coldplay, My Morning Jacket, Fleet Foxes, Alison Krauss and Union Station, Nas & Damian "Jr Gong" Marley and Cee Lo top the bill of the over 130 bands. Bright Eyes, Social Distortion, Empire of the Sun, Santigold, Pretty Lights, TV On The Radio, Skrillex, Big Boi and Randy Newman are also on tap to rock September 16-18.

Murder By Death's fifth album, Good Morning, Magpie, will be out April 6th on Vagrant Records. The band is touring in support of it this April and May with openers Ha Ha Tonka and Linfinity. They'll play Music Hall of Williamsburg on May 2nd and Bowery Ballroom on May 4th. Fanclub presale for the tour is happening now. Tickets for the NYC show go on general sale Friday at noon.

Before then the Indiana quartet will plays some select shows that include SXSW (where they'll be at the Vagrant showcase).

The song "Foxglove," above, is off the new record. It isn't one of the group's more immediate songs; singer Adam Turla is thankfully still growling and bellowing the vocals, but without the hotheaded emotion of the band's best tracks. I'm trusting the rest of the album will correct that. Album art, tracklist and all tour dates are below...
