Pitchfork Northside

Lotic touring, playing Pitchfork Northside with Rabit, Marshstepper, Priests & more

Tri Angle labelmates Lotic and Rabit played Moogfest this past weekend, both performing at the ‘Future Sound’ show at Pinhook with Julia Holter, The Body and more. They both have other shows coming up, and they’ll cross paths again at the Pitchfork Northside showcase on June 11 at Saint Vitus.

Also on that show is Marshstepper (a genuinely wild Destruction Unit-related project), post-punks Priests, the first US show from veteran music/performance art project Breadwoman (aka Anna Homler and Steven Warwick), a solo set from Merchandise guitarist David Vassalotti, and Ukranian industrial noise band Bichkraft (who make their NYC debut at this year’s Northside Festival). Tickets are on sale now. That’s the poster above, designed by J.S. Aurelius (of Marshstepper/Destruction Unit/Ascetic House).

Rabit also plays the recently-announced Hopscotch festival. Lotic has a few June other dates, including Unsound in Toronto and another Pitchfork show in LA. All of his dates are listed, with music by him and Rabit, below.
