Cincinnati, OH festival Bunbury Music Festival is returning for its second year from July 12 - 14, 2013. The lineup was just announced and it includes MGMT (who were also just announced for Firefly Music Festival), The National (who were also just announced for Bonnaroo and have a huge Brooklyn show coming up), Belle and Sebastian and Yo La Tengo (who just announced a tour together, which includes a Prospect Park show), Camera Obscura, Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears, Savoir Adore, Bear Hands, Oberhofer, We Are Scientists, Chairlift, Cake, Tegan & Sara, Tokyo Police Club, Devotchka, Those Darlins, Buffalo Killers, Sky Ferreira, and more.

Hello,The Young Widows dates, listed below, are limited to eight nights of shows through the Northeast,including a stop at Saint Vitus on April 23rd. Ticketing info and support details are forthcoming.
We're hitting the road in April and we hope YOU make it out!

The "new material" that the band will be testing out has nothing to do with Evan's new project Old Baby, but it is the first set of Young Widows material since their In and Out of Youth and Lightness LP from last year. Old Baby

Evan Patterson will step out of his role as honcho for Young Widows to front Old Baby, a new project featuring members that have served time with Slint, Shipping News, Phantom Family Halo, and many other projects. The band's new LP, entitled Misunderstanding Human Behavior, is due via Hawthorne Street at the end of February. Check out "Pale as Man" streamable below.
The band will celebrate with a trio of dates in the Northeast, including 2/11 at Saint Vitus with Phantom Family Halo and The Loom (who played Mercury Lounge last night). Tickets are on sale.
Phantom Family Halo is also welcoming a new release, and the Saint Vitus appearance will be its coming out party. When I Fall Out is due on 2/14 via Knitting Factory Records, and you can stream some material at their Facebook page.
