Well this is something to look forward to in 2015. Earlier today, Paul F. Tompkins tweeted the above picture, saying that "Maybe something new coming from the Mr. Show gang in the new year?" There have been Mr Show-related tours in the past, but could this mean new episodes? In that picture we've got both David Cross and Bob Odenkirk, Brian Posehn, Jay Johnston, Tompkins... that looks like Scott Aukerman in the sunglasses, and who are the two guys in the back? Let's hope Jerry Minor and Mary Lynn Rajskub are part of it too (Tom Kenny and John Ennis, too), whatever it is. Stay tuned.
As discussed, Aimee Mann and Ted Leo (aka The Both) are playing Christmas shows this December, including three in the NYC area -- 12/10 at Tarrytown Music Hall (tickets), 12/12 at The Space at Westbury (tickets) and 12/13 at NYC's Town Hall (tickets).
Since we last spoke, guests have been added to those shows. Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles, who Aimee recently performed with at a Big Star tribute (videos below) and who starred in The Both's "Volunteers of America" video, is on almost all dates. The NYC-area shows will also include geek rocker Jonathan Coulton. Other dates on the tour include comedians Paul F. Tompkins (Mr. Show, Real Time with Bill Maher, Best Week Ever), Tim & Eric's Tim Heidecker and Daily Show correspondent John Hodgman. Updated dates are listed below.
Aimee and Ted also released a new Christmas song called "Nothing Left to Do (Let's Make This Christmas Blue)." You can download that on iTunes and stream it via Spotify below.

Listen; the concept of 'funny' is subjective and I am not here to tell you what to do or what to like; I am only here to guide you and simply make suggestions using my immense and throbbing sense of comedic taste. I'm no shill and will never steer you wrong. Ever. So when I say that the great Scott Aukerman is taking his show Comedy Bang! Bang! on the road for two weeks including TWO SHOWS at NYU's Skirball Center on Saturday October 12 and that you should make every effort to catch one of these shows, you better prick up your ears son because this is something abso-tutely not to be missed.
As far as comedians of my generation go, Scott Aukerman has some serious pedigree and is currently one of the most important figures in the comedy community. He fell taint-first onto my radar back when he was a writer and performer for Mr. Show with Bob and David. Since those glorious days, Aukerman has found success as a comedy writer, performer, producer, and maverick podcaster. Back in 2009, he took his, by that point, legendary live comedy show (that he started doing in 2002), Comedy Death Ray, to the airwaves on Los Angeles radio station Indie 103.1 before eventually moving over to the ole podcast medium. In May 2011 Aukerman renamed the show Comedy Bang Bang and just over a year later (June 8, 2012), IFC premiered the television series Comedy Bang! Bang! with Reggie Watts as co-host, house band, man of hair. And just so you know Aukerman is also 50% of the brains (alongside BJ Porter) behind the simply perfect Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis.
The Comedy Bang! Bang! LIVE! tour will feature opening sets by The Birthday Boys, who are a Los Angeles comedy group whose new IFC sketch show will premiere this October, and the great, also legendary, and also ex-Mr.Show alum PAUL. F. TOMPKINS(!). Comedy Bang! Bang! Live! will feature a mix of live stand-up, character cameos, and improvisational games along with sneak peek clips from the series. Also, parts of each performance will be taped for Scott's popular Comedy Bang! Bang! podcast. Also joining Scott will be a rotating cast of Comedy Bang! Bang! regulars. Contrary to what you might read online the NYU Skirball shows ARE NOT SOLD OUT! There are still some, though few, tickets left. Tickets for the 8pm show are here, and tickets for the 10:30pm show are here.
All dates are listed, along with video from Aukerman's Mr. Show days, below.
Comedian Paul F. Tompkins is taking his "Thrilling Adventure Hour" on tour this year and will bring it to NYC on May 11 at The Bell House for two shows (early and late) with Paget Brewster, John Hodgman (who named Paul's "Laboring Under Delusions Live in Brooklyn" one of his favorite things of 2012), James Urbaniak, and Marc Evan Jackson. Tickets for both shows are on sale now.

John Kellogg Hodgman is a 41 year old author, actor, auctioneer, and humorist with one of the most fertile brains and diverse CVs in the biz. To the masses, Hodgman is probably best known as a Daily Show correspondent and as the personification of the "PC" in those numerous, insufferable and divisive Mac v. PC advertisements broadcast by the Macintosh Department of Propaganda. But those two facets of his career are small potatoes when you consider he's also written three books and, well... JESUS! Just look at his Wikipedia page!
His most recent tome, That Is All, came out in paperpack back in October and is the third and final installment in his trilogy of Complete World Knowledge. In addition to offering readers tips on the impending demise of the world as we know it on Friday (12/21/12), the book covers other topics including sports and wine and also features a list of seven hundred ancient and unspeakable gods. This man is a meticulous list-smith.
I found Hodgman to be an truly wonderful auctioneer at the Tom Scharpling/Ted Leo Sandy Benefit at the Bell House a couple weeks ago (Friday, December 7 to be specific). His banter was absolutely hilarious, but when the bids started flying he immediately assumed the role of veteran auctioneer and was able to keep drunken non-bidders quiet while keeping the actual bidding in perfect control. And as you will see from the list below, John Hodgman really likes the Bell House. As a matter of fact, be sure to check him out at the Bell House Friday December 21 where he will be doing two special THAT IS ALL live shows in one special evening. Sadly the 10:00pm late show is sold out, but the 7:00pm early show still has some vacancies. Get early show tix now before they are gone!!
And now, I present to you, The TEN BEST THINGS OF 2012 by John Hodgman:
Check out pictures from the show they just played in Chicago with Lower Dens.
And speaking of Brooklyn, get ready for Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas.
The Compact Disc turns 30 years old today. The first CD pressed in America was Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA (though Billy Joe's 52nd Street came out in Japan before that). What was the first CD you bought?
Speaking of Bruce Springsteen, Kenny's Castaways, where he used to play is hosting their final show tonight.
Producer and TV On the Radio member Dave Sitek has launched Federal Prism, "a new record label where Sitek will personally record, mix, produce, and release a series of limited edition 12-inch vinyl picture discs with a uniquely curator-driven perspective. The vinyl will be limited to 500 numbered copies each with a jacket personally hand silkscreened by Sitek."
Federal Prism's first release is "Destroyer" by Telepathe. "The b-side of the vinyl will feature a remix by Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor with Alessandro Cortini and Atticus Ross. Sitek adds, "I told Trent I was starting my own label and would love to have him remix something on the first release. I sent him the session and before he actually said 'YES', he sent back this mighty dark space that he, Alessandro and Atticus had built for me! I was shocked and am certain I will have to keep ripping them off for years!"" It's on sale now.
Speaking of Trent Reznor, he says his his band How To Destroy Angels, have "formally partnered with Columbia Records for our next series of releases. The first of these will be available in November and it's called An Omen EP."
Scary: Ryan Adams revealed via Twitter: "Recording a track with my new pal @deadmau5 today. Sounds like BladeRunner starring Don Henley."
More scary: As if it wasn't bad enough that Bruno Mars has been announced as the host of the 10/20 episode of SNL, they're letting him be the musical performer for that episode too!
But here's some good news: Now That's What I Call Music 83 will reportedly be the last in the series.

For those of us prone to agoraphobia, Comedy Central really brought the stank on Saturday April 21st when they premiered not one but TWO epic specials. First up at 10pm was Patton Oswalt: Finest Hour followed by Paul F. Tompkins: Laboring Under Delusions at 11pm. Patton's Finest came out as an audio cd back in September 2011, so to many of us the material has already been heard, only this time we can see the munchkin himself in action. Both specials were phenomenal and if you missed them because you have a life, don't worry. Patton's special has been available for ages on CD and download and is now available, uncensored and extended, for download on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video and available in HD exclusively on Xbox Live and Sony PlayStation Network. I am sure it'll be on reruns too. PFT's special is also available, uncensored and extended, for download on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, Samsung Media Hub and in HD exclusively on Xbox LIVE and Sony PlayStation Network. Cripes, Comedy Central really made sure you nerds were covered on the download front.
Speaking of Comedy Central, one of the most egregious errors they ever made was cancelling the great Jon Benjamin Has a Van. CC has canceled many, many, many shows over the years and most of the time it was the right move because a lot of their original programming is/was horse shit. However, the loss of JBHAV really stuck in my craw. Jon Benjamin starred as a man on the street reporter, with a van, who always became a part of the stories he was reporting. The show was so goddamned funny I curse the day it was ever canceled. However, GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Jon left this note on my pillow this morning (he calls me America) (You had to be there) (be glad you weren't):
HI AMERICA, it's me again, Jon Benjamin. I know we haven't spoken since my bar mitvah speech (sorry about my controversial opposition to the IDF's 1978 attack on Lebanon) Anyway, I made a show in 2010 called Jon Benjamin Has a Van and after a full season, myself, Leo Allen and Nathan Fielder decided to celebrate our middling ratings by launching a tour. Soon thereafter, Comedy Central cancelled our show, but the tour will still go on. So, without further adieu, I formally announce our Cancellation Tour. We will be in 7 cities over the course of ten days (a national record) and we'll perform comedy, magic and show uncensored footage and deleted scenes from American Reunion. It will be cheap, fast and easy. Thanks and hope to see you there. Love, Jon.The Jon Benjamin Has a Tour tour will hit The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn on Thursday May 3rd. Tickets are on sale so get them while you can, because this will sell out and you. will. be. bumming. Full tour dates below.

Pete Holmes @ Rock n ROFL 2008 (more by Elizabeth Weinberg)
In the Klaus Kinski Hall of Fame of Comedians Your Man Klaus Loves Endlessly Even Though They've Left NYC for Greener Pastures, Pete Holmes has his own gallery dedicated to his honor. Bear in mind that this hall of fame only exists in the meaty gore-locker between my ears so visitors are not permitted. But it is a very prestigious place to be, youbetcha. As a matter of fact, when our fearless leader BV asked me to curate a comedy line-up for the premier installment of our epic but short-lived Brooklyn Vegan and Klaus Kinski Present Rock n' ROFL, Pete was the first person I asked and first to commit to the bill. Back in those days, you could catch Pete practically any night of the week here in NYC. Nowadays he is in LA and, by Cod, he's thriving. From his website:
Pete Holmes is a comedian. Maybe you saw his half-hour Comedy Central Presents. Or on Conan. Or Jimmy Fallon. Or maybe you saw him on VH1. Or heard him as the e*trade baby or on Comedy Central's Ugly Americans. Pete was named one of Variety's Top Ten Comics to Watch in 2011. Pete also draws cartoons for The New Yorker, wrote for NBC's "Outsourced" and currently writes for FOX's "I Hate My Teenage Daughter." He is a regular on CollegeHumor.com and makes videos with FrontPage Films. That blurb fails to mention that he has his own podcast called You Made it Weird which is one of the best, most entertaining podcasts in a comedy world that is practically choking to death on half assed, shitty, so-called comedy podcasts. THEREFORE, I am thrilled to fits to tell you that not only is Pete coming back to NYC for a show, but that show will be a live podcast of You Made it Weird!! The show will take place on Saturday April 7th at 10:00pm at the Gramercy Theater. Guests will include Jim Gaffigan, Michael Ian Black, and the great Matt McCarthy!! You can get regular tickets or VIP tickets. But considering Gaffigan sells out some of the largest theaters in the country ON HIS OWN, I think the theater will be a madhouse. My advice to you? Spend the extra $$$ and get a VIP ticket so you get early entry (and a signed poster) and, thus, a great seat. Regular seats are only $12 which is a preposterous bargain, bro. This show is going to be a blast, and I promise it will sell out so get on this. More Pete dates below...
Oh, and speaking of live podcasts taking place at the Gramercy Theater, get a load of this; Klaus fave Doug Benson will be bringing his I Love Movies podcast to the Gramercy on June 11th at 8:00pm. I haven't a clue who Doug's guests will be, but I've been to his Doug Loves Movies live shows before and let me tell ya, he brings line-ups worth 8 times the price of admission.
I also noticed in the dates below that Doug is recording a live album in Bellevue WA. on 4/20 which totally reminded me that Brooklyn-based comedy hero Eugene Mirman will bring his normally Brooklyn-Based comedy festival The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival to Seattle Washington from March 29th - March 31st, 2012!! Such good news for Seattle-based BV readers! You are in for SUCH a treat! You'll be getting:
* Invite Them Up, 3/29 at The Crocodile Hosted by Bobby Tisdale w/ Eugene Mirman, Ron Funches and more TBA!Wow!
*Star Talk Live, 3/30 at the Neptune Hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson w/ Paul F. Tompkins, Kristen Schaal, Eugene Mirman and special guests!
*Talent Show, 3/31 at The Crocodile Hosted by Elna Baker and Kevin Townley with Eugene Mirman, Bobby Tisdale and more TBA!
*Pretty Good Friends, 3/31 at the Neptune With Bobcat Goldthwait, Todd Barry, Kristen Schaal, Eugene Mirman, Kurt Braunohler and more TBA!

OK, rather than bore you to tears with one of my usual exhausting preambles about how great the NYC comedy scene is, I am simply going to throw out a handful of shows coming up that are well worth your attention. (Unless you're a humorless slob who has nothing better to do than hate everything.) For everyone else, what follows is some totally awesome news. You're welcome, in advance.
First off, as mentioned already, the great Louis CK will be doing two pretty last minute shows at The Bell House on Friday September 30th aka TODAY at 7:00pm and 9:00pm. The shows go onsale Friday September 30th aka TODAY at 10:00am, so get those refresh button fingers limbered up. After that, your next official opportunity to see Louis in NYC is on Thursday November 10th at the Beacon Theater as part of the New York Comedy Festival.
And speaking of comedy in Brooklyn, don't forget that tickets are on sale for Mike Birbiglia's show happening on Tuesday October 18th at Union Hall. Though, there's a good chance the show will be sold out by the time you read this. This is a CMJ show believe it or not.
But back to the Bell House for a second. On Thursday October 20th, the really and truly wonderful Julie Klausner brings her podcast How Was Your Week? to the Bell House stage with a truly incredible line-up that actually sort of reads like the guest list on a good night of The Best Show on WFMU. The line-up so far includes Ted Leo, Paul F. Tompkins, Billy Eichner, and Special Surprise Guests. And knowing Julie, those surprises are bound to be way beyond worth the cost of admission. And speaking of the cost of admission, I am truly dumfounded that this show isn't sold out yet. Oh, but you know what is sold out? The TWO Paul F. Tompkins shows happening at The Bell House on October 22nd and October 23rd. You know what's nuts about those PFT shows? He won't be doing the same material both nights. Holy!
On Tuesday November 1st, the House will play host to a John Hodgman "That Is All" Official Book Release Party. The cost of admission will get you a copy of the book as well as other treats, including Jonathan Coulton. Totally brunchcore.
Yikes! Lemme loop back to CMJ comedy shows taking place at Union Hall this year. I'd be an idiot (well, a bigger idiot than I already am) if I didn't mention that one of NYC's most awe-inspiring comedy/variety/brainz shows Heart of Darkness will bless Union Hall with its majesty on Saturday October 22nd. The show is hosted by Greg Barris and will feature Greg Johnson, Dave Hill, Mind Warrior Michael Wigler and a SPECIAL GUEST! For the uninitiated, it might make sense to learn about the show here. Best to go into these things prepared.
Oh, but before I go to bed, here's another show worth noting, but be warned, this one takes place in Manhattan. Comedic wunderkind Michael Ian Black will be doing a show at Bowery Ballroom on Thursday November 10th as part of the New York Comedy Festival. Bowery does seem like an odd venue choice for me because, well, it's too small for MIB and, well, ya don't often see comedy there. I am pretty sure the last comedy show I saw there was the Invite Them Up CD release party way back in 2005. But I ain't complainin. Bowery is one of my favorite rooms in the city, and I love MIB ever so much. Tickets are on sale, though I doubt for much longer. Shit gone sellout ASAP, son.

Jonathan Coulton @ Williamsburg Watefront
After playing a waterfront show last month with They Might Be Giants, Jonathan Coulton will take to the high seas on Friday August 19th for a show aboard the Jewel, a Rocks Off NYC Concert Cruise. Tickets are on sale. The show is a prelude to his US tour with TMBG which will occur in two legs: East Coast/Midwest in September and West Coast in November. Full tour schedule is below.
If you can't make it on Friday, you can still catch comedian/songwriter "JoCo" on a boat, but the destination will be much different...
JoCo Cruise Crazy II is a 7-day Southern Caribbean cruise in 2012 on Holland America's ms Westerdam, with music, comedy and performances from Jonathan Coulton and friends. It departs from Ft. Lauderdale, FL on February 19th and returns February 26th, with ports of call at Half Moon Cay, Bahamas; Oranjestad, Aruba; and Willemstad (Curacao), Antilles.Other performers slated for the cruise include Marian Call, Vi Hart, John Hodgman, MC Frontalot, Paul and Storm, David Rees, John Roderick, Paul F. Tompkins, Wil Wheaton, and more TBA. Tickets are on sale, and cabins are still available.
All dates and more of a second set of pictures from Coulton's rainy appearance at Williamsburg Waterfront, below...
PFT @ 92YTribeca in 2009 (more by Chris La Putt)
Marc Maron hosts and curates WTF with Marc Maron at The Bell House tonight (6/1). An early show starts at 7 PM with Jonathan Katz, Will Arnett, Judy Gold, Marina Franklin, and Keith Robinson. The late show starts at 9 PM with Wyatt Cenac, Sam Lipsyte, Tom Scharpling, Horatio Sanz, and Kevin Allison. Both shows are sold out.
You can still get tickets however for the two Paul F. Tompkins shows happening at the same venue on October 22 and 23. Both nights will have completely different sets, and be recorded for a new comedy album. To quote Paul, "Be there, and be a part of history!*
* Once the show is over, it will be in the past and considered, technically, history."
Meanwhile catch Paul every month at the Largo in LA.
Still no word on the impending Citizen's Arrest reunion, but you can officially nix a Brutalist Bricks broadway production. A new video of Ted Leo & The Pharmacists in training for the great white way (aka his video of "Bottled In Cork" featuring Paul F. Tompkins, John Hodgman, and others including some of you) is below - BBG.

Ted Leo played a three song, acoustic set at 92YTribeca last night (4/23). The mostly-comedy show was not affiliated with the Tribea Film Festival, though the fest is holding some events at that venue and many other places in the same neighborhood this week.
Ted Leo performed his firs two songs solo, one of which was a cover of Nick Lowe's "So It Goes". The third song was a duet with comedian, and host of the evening, Paul F. Tompkins. They did "Atlantis" by Donovan. Ted Leo's next NYC-area show is in NJ. More pictures from 92Y below...

Ted Leo R/X + Andrew WK @ Indie Rock Karaoke (more by Ryan Muir)
Also in June, Titus is touring with Ted Leo (who has to have a new album due at some point?). They'll stop at Kearny, NJ's Irish American Association on June 21st. Tickets are still on sale for that show.
Ted Leo is known as a pretty jocular guy. A regular on The Best Show on WFMU, his comedy-related credits also include an appearance on Human Giant's 24-hour marathon in 2007 where he dished with show hosts Aziz Ansari, Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer. Last fall, Ted + R/X even backed up a karaoke set hosted by Andrew WK (proof above). Around that time, Ted also released a split 7" with comedian Zach Galifianakis.
He'll continue that trend Thursday, April 23rd when he appears as the musical guest at Comedy Below Canal at 92YTribeca. Paul F. Tompkins hosts the night, which will feature comics Lisa deLarios, Christian Finnegan and others.
Tickets for that show are on sale AND we have a pair to give away. Details (with a video of Ted Leo on the Human Giant marathon) below...

Aimee Mann is going on tour this July across the Northeast US. Those dates include three nights at NYC's City Winery, on July 13th, 14th, and 15th. The venue has announced that tickets for those shows will go on sale today (Friday, April 3rd) at 10am (whether that's a member presale or general sale is unclear).
She's also playing the Paramount Center for the Arts in Peekskill, NY, a town that's a little over an hour outside NYC. There is an Aimee Mann fanclub presale for those tickets that also starts today (Friday, April 3rd) at 10am. Tickets go on sale to the general public Tuesday, April 14th at noon.
Aimee recently taped a set for PBS's "Live from the Artist Den" series, to broadcast sometime in April. She also helped out at WMFU's pledge drive in March, both answering phones and performing (videos below). In December, she played her annual holiday show at Nokia Theatre in Times Square.

You include actual examples from your own life growing up. How did you decide how much to divulge of your own background? "One of the things I liked about the book is that it's partially truth and partially a lie and it's not revealed except what you could believe reasonably to be true," he said. "I like the format of the book...I think that it's good to have real stories and things, and then also good to make lots of stuff up. It sounds like I will enjoy my book." [the comic's comic]Eugene Mirman celebrated the release of his new book The Will To Whatevs with a sold out show at the Bell House in Brooklyn on Tuesday night (2/10). The above drawing is a segment of the songsheet Oneida passed out at Sunday night's show at Maxwell's in Hoboken (12/21). It was the first of eight Yo La Tengo Hanukkah parties at the NJ venue this year, and, as promised, the Brooklyn band (Oneida) opened the night. As also promised, comedian Paul F. Tompkins opened with a set of comedy. AND, I'm feeling really good right now because two (sort of) of my guest guesses also came true last night. Both Britt Daniel and Janet Weiss (I guessed Britt and "Quasi") joined Yo La Tengo for some songs. To quote an email I got from Josh,
Oneida opened.Anonymous adds that there were covers of P.I.L., Amy Winehouse and Burt Bacharach as well.
Then Paul F Tompkins.
Then YLT with Janet Weiss
For the encore - Paul F Tomkins joined the band and sang a Hannukah version of [Johnny Cash's] "Ring of Fire"
Then Britt Daniel joined and sang a few songs including "Mother and Child Reunion" [by Paul Simon]
The shows continue tonight (Monday, Hanukkah night two). We now know the openers for night eight, but who will open tonight? Will it be Titus Andronicus? Will it be Antietam? I'm not sure. Post your guesses and facts in the comments.
Download the whole Oneida songsheet (thx Josh) as a PDF HERE. Check out a Yo La Tengo video from last year's Hanukkah run, below...

Aimee Mann (now)
What do Aimee Mann and Twisted Sister have in common? They were both popular in the eighties (though maybe Twisted Sister are the only ones still living in it) and are still at it today, they both put out Christmas albums in 2006, they both played Christmas shows in 2007 (Aimee also played one in 2006), and they both are playing Christmas shows in 2008 - both of which are at Nokia Theatre in NYC in December. Twisted Sister plays two nights (tickets are on sale), and Aimee Mann plays one (she had two nights, but one was already cancelled) (tickets are also on sale).
In case the title confused you Aimee & Dee are not sharing the same bill (just the same BV post, again).
Twisted Sister is advertising two openers: ZO2 and The Dirty Pearls. Aimee Mann is saying that "This years special guests include: Nellie McKay, Grant-Lee Phillips, Morgan Murphy, Patton Oswalt and Paul F. Tompkins.", but her tour is eleven dates long and it's unclear who will be appearing at each show along the way, BUT Nokia Theatre IS listing all of those guests EXCEPT Patton. All tour dates and a whole bunch of related videos, below...
DOWNLOAD: Neil Hamburger - At Least I Was Paid (MP3)
Well, what else do we need to say about this? "America's Funnyman" ("The World's Funnyman," actually) has decided to sing America's music at last! The country crooning of Neil Hamburger (though some would call it moaning) fits the white blues that is country music to a T! Neil's life story is perfect fodder for the "tear in the beer" genre as well - and Neil's original tunes, such as "At Least I Got Paid," "Three Piece Chicken Dinner" and "The Recycle Bin" bring his personality to the fore. His crack "Nashville West" band includes such luminaries as Dave Gleason, Atom Ellis, Prairie Prince, Rachel Haden and Joe Goldmark, all of whom play and sing their country-fried hearts out to create a sound that is decidedly old-school honky-tonk. All this plus cover versions of John Entwistle, Mark Eitzel and Billy Edd Wheeler add up to a powerful singing debut from America's newest hat act, Neil Hamburger!Neil Hamburger Sings Country Winners is out this Tuesday April 22nd on Drag City! Some tour dates and a video at the end of this post.
I recently mentioned that Bob Odenkirk and David Cross would soon begin work on a pilot for HBO. Lo and behold, production of David's Situation begins May 9th, 2008 in sunny Los Angeles, with a live audience and everything. This show can't be completed and devoured by my eyes and ears soon enough. If anyone goes to the taping, tell me everything.
In related news, not only is Bob Odenkirk co-writer and director of David's Situation, but it turns out he'll also be playing Mike Birbiglia's older brother in Mike Birbiglia's CBS pilot Mike Birbiglia's Secret Public Journal, a pilot you can read about here.
