Tkay Maidza shares "WUACV," announces fall tour

Tkay Maidza‘s sophomore album Sweet Justice is out in November via 4AD, and she’s shared another new single from it, “WUACV.” “I wanted to write a song where I could express my bubbling anger toward people who had manipulated me during the last phase of my life,” she says. It’s accompanied by an ominous, stylized video directed by Bel Downie, which you can watch below.

Tkay has also announced new fall tour dates. After a show supporting Flume this month, she’ll headline NYC, Oakland, and Los Angeles, followed by European shows surrounding Pitchfork Paris. See all dates below.

The NYC show is on November 2 at Racket with a DJ set from Sherwyn. UPDATE: It’s been rescheduled to February 24 at Racket. Tickets to all dates go on sale Friday, September 8 at 10 AM local, with various presales starting Thursday, September 7 at 10 AM.
