It's called "Bad Habits," and it's a rockin', heavily layered song with Miles singing lead. Check out the video, directed by Ben Chappell, which has clips of the band performing, below.

TLSP at Sound Fix in 2008 (they don't look like this anymore) (more by Bao Nguyen)
Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner's other band The Last Shadow Puppets (with Miles Kane) only released one album back in 2008, but now they just put out a teaser video suggesting that a second album is coming next year. The trailer's called "TLSP2" and it features the text "Spring 2016" and what appears to be new music. Swoony, dramatic strings, the presence of studio collaborator James Ford, all point to something to look forward to. Check it out below.
And this year's nominees are:
Adele - 19Which album "album from the United Kingdom or Ireland" did they miss this year? Last year the award went to Klaxons and the year before that it went to Arctic Monkeys who were also nominated last year which makes Alex Turner 3 for 3.
British Sea Power - Do You Like Rock Music?
Burial - Untrue
Elbow - The Seldom Seen Kid
Estelle - Shine
Laura Marling - Alas, I Cannot Swim
Neon Neon - Stainless Style
Portico Quartet - Knee Deep In The North Sea
Rachel Unthank - The Bairns
Radiohead - In Rainbows
Robert Plant & Alison Krauss - Raising Sand
The Last Shadow Puppets - The Age of the Understatement
Will Burial win it this year? Roni Size won in 1997. He beat Ok Computer that year. In fact, Radiohead has never won. This year is the fourth time they're nominated. Maybe they'll finally give it to them.
Jack White & Last Shadow Puppets @ Glastonbury - June 28, 2008 (cred)
There had been rumours flying around Glastonbury that the Last Shadow Puppets would make a surprise appearance at some point during the three day event. The video of Jack playing with them is below along with every official video the Last Shadow Puppets have made (because I don't think I ever posted them before).
The band, which is the side project of Alex Turner from the Arctic Monkeys and the Rascals' Miles Kane, performed on the Park Stage to a large crowd who had gathered in hope of their appearance.
But fans got far more than they bargained for as none other then Jack White joined them on stage.
6 Music caught up with Alex Turner backstage who said it was all his girlfriend Alexa Chung's idea to get Jack White on board.
Turner said: "Well actually Alexa said, 'Is Jack White playing with you, why don't you get him?'. As she was sprawled across the bed while we were having a nap earlier on. So I thought yeah, that would be a good idea. So off I went and then he kindly joined us." [BBC]

Lighspeed Champion sweating @ ML, NYC - March 5, 2008
This show tonight...a sold out show by Lightspeed Champion at the Mercury Lounge...could be one of my most favorite shows in the city in a long time. Maybe it is because Falling Off The Lavender Bridge is already gunning for top spot on my "best of 2008" list and as such has made me look forward to this show with great anticipation. Maybe it is because "Midnight Surprise" can't be played enough recently by me; it is definitely one of the best 8 minute tracks of recent memory. Could be both. I don't know. But I do know I will do my best to try to relive this experience next week at SXSW like 12 times. [Fresh Bread]He covered the Strokes' "Heart In A Cage" and Olivia Newton John's "Xanadu." He plays Philly tomorrow, and a show in Brooklyn on Saturday night.
A few hours later a couple of his labelmates played a last minute gig down the street at Cake Shop....
The Last Shadow Puppets (Alex Turner) @ Sound Fix Records (Leia Jospe)
Despite the fact that Cake Shop's website
currently says used to say that the Arctic Monkeys and The Rascals are playing a free show there tonight at midnight (March 5, 2008), I'm being told that it's just a Lost Shadow Puppets show. The Last Shadow Puppets consist of one (very important) member of Arctic Monkeys, and one member of the Rascals, and they played their very first-ever show in NYC at Sound Fix last night (so this will be their very-second).

A few weeks back, I was taken back by the fact that a mother and daughter drove four hours from Philadelphia in a snowstorm to see the Kooks play in Brooklyn. Last night I was blown away by the fact that two high school-aged friends and their mother flew in from Michigan for one night to catch the first ever show by the Last Shadow Puppets (March 4, 2008). Luke Pritchard of the Kooks may have a better stage presence than the Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner but it seems Turner has many more dedicated (or crazy) fans (editor's note: "...and much more talent").
The Last Shadow Puppets are a band that currently consists of Alex Turner of Sheffield band Arctic Monkeys and Miles Kane of Wirral band The Rascals. They are due to release their debut album, titled The Age Of The Understatement on April 21, 2008 (and May 6th in the USA). The Rascals supported Arctic Monkeys on their 2007 tour of Britain. The band has posted two short videos as teaser for the album on their website including short song clips. [Wikipedia]'The Age Of The Understatement album will be available on CD, vinyl & digital download. Tracklisting is as follows:'
