Nellie McKay has one more show coming up at the intimate Joe's Pub on August 22nd, and then she's going on a tour in September to support her new album. Her hometown stop on that trek will be at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn on September 25th - tickets are on sale.

She'll also make an appearance at the August 28th edition of Weimar New York at the Spiegeltent - a show that will also feature Kiki & Herb's Justin Bond as host.

Justin Bond returns to his role as emcee for the August 28 and September 18 editions of the show. August's featured performers include Nellie McKay, Penny Arcade, Taylor Mac, Lance Horne, and Sanda Weigl. In September look forward to the return of Meow Meow and Micheline Van Hautem along with Holcombe Waller, Theo Bleckmann, Rachelle Garniez, and Dirty Martini . A wildly entertaining cabaret, Weimar New York is also a vehicle to give voice to the uneasy parallels between the rise of fascistic and nationalistic elements in Weimar Germany and the unprecedented growth of the radical right and religious extremism today.
