Zyanose at the Acheron, 2012 (more by Sarja Hasan)
INSANE NOISE RAIDAs discussed, NYC will host the 2014 edition of the New York's Alright on the weekend of April 17-20 in various venues. The schedule was recently posted, and among the shows attached to the festival is an "aftershow" at Acheron on April 18 that stars brutal Japanese punks Zyanose, along with La Misma, Aspects of War, & Life Chain. It's a late show, with a 10pm door time, and -- oddly, given the existence of a Ticketfly page for the show -- no advance tickets are on sale. That means that you'll have to book it if you want to get to the gig from the other New York's Alright show at LPR that night.
We make NOISE NOT MUSIC!!!!
Unsurprisingly, Zyanose have booked some other North American dates after their NYC appearance, but all of them are on the West Coast. If you live in the East and want to catch Zyanose on this round of dates, NYC is your only option. Check those dates and some Zyanose recorded work, below...
Zyanose at Acheron, Oct 2012 (more by Sarja Hasan)
Zyanose's two-bass "INSANE NOISE CRUST CORE" is front and center on their latest LP, the awesomely titled Why There Grieve?, which is due soon via La Vida Es Un Mus Discos. The new track represents more raw punk nihilism and Discharge-y destruction, and you can stream "Irritation And Anger" below along with additional material.
Zyanose's live show is nothing less than intense, as you may have experienced during a string of North American dates last year. Video of Zynose is below too.
