As seen over 1,000,000 times on YouTube, and now in Target commercial that aired during the Grammys (!), Denise from Staten Island's great PS 22 Chorus can belt out some Adele. Check out the ad, and the original cover video that helped make her famous, below...

PETA writes, "Apparently, NBC has something against girls who love their veggies. After we submitted our proposed Super Bowl ad, which features a comely crop of models demonstrating their fondness for fresh produce, NBC nixed the ad, saying it "depicts a level of sexuality exceeding our standards." No joke, this is straight from NBC--so stop fondling your fruit salad right now and read the list of shots NBC requested we cut before they'd reconsider: licking pumpkin, touching her breast with her hand while eating broccoli, pumpkin from behind between legs, rubbing pelvic region with pumpkin, screwing herself with broccoli (fuzzy), asparagus on her lap appearing as if it is ready to be inserted into vagina, licking eggplant, and rubbing asparagus on breast... Wow, that list even made us blush! You can read the full NSFW letter from NBC here."
A gimmick they pull every year? Probably. Regardless, 'banned' video below...

The Moldy Peaches are one of the unlikeliest success stories in indie rock: they went from being a minor novelty act to being essentially broken up to rocking Barbara Walters on The View with a song from the soundtrack to Juno. They've allowed that song, "Anyone Else But You," to be re-written for an ad for the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. The new version features lyrics like "Let's go ride a couple of dolphins/Or maybe play tennis/Or do some golfing." It's a strange marriage, as the Peaches never seemed like the types to shill at this level, while Atlantis associates themselves with a band who once had a minor hit with a song called "Who's Got the Crack."
