The Hollywood Bowl shows marked the live debut of LCD Soundsytem’s “How Do You Sleep?” and you can watch video of that below.

“Kiss from a Rose” crooner Seal released Standards in 2017 which is his 10th album and, as you might guess from the title, features classics from the big band and orchestra era, including “Luck Be A Lady” and “I’ve Got You Under My Skin.”

Depeche Mode are a band built for a huge venue like Hollywood Bowl — their music all grand gestures. The band’s historic four night run wraps up tonight.

They played “Vanishing Point” from Technique for the first time in North America since 1989, plus lots of hits. Moby DJ’d the after-party.

Giancarlo Esposito, Richard Kind, John Stamos, and Annabella Lwin (Bow Wow Wow) also feature in this “live-to-film celebration.”

Morrissey will release a brand new studio album, titled Low in High School, this November via Etienne, a new label he has started through BMG. The album was produced by Joe Chiccarelli, who was also behind the boards on 2014’s World Peace is None of Your Business…

In addition to playing several festivals, Chance the Rapper is going on the “Be Encouraged Tour” this year…

New Order will be back in the U.S. in September to play Riot Fest in Chicago. Right after that they’ll head west to play Los Angeles…

Belle & Sebastian should have new music out sometime soon, too.
