Superchunk and Swearin’ will be on tour together this year, including two sold-out shows at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom in April. Both bands have just added separate new NYC dates.

The lead single is “Dean’s Room,” which, like Waxahatchee’s Merge debut, has Allison’s trademark style get a boost from some more layering and glossier studio production than she usually has. It was produced by Philly’s Jeff Zeigler, who’s also worked with Kurt Vile, The War on Drugs, Nothing, and more.
