New documentary ‘Poly Styrene: I Am A Cliché‘ is out next month, and will screen nationwide in theaters and rock clubs just before it hits streaming/VOD on February 4.

Documentary ‘Poly Styrene: I Am a Cliche‘ is showing on December 9 as part of the BrooklynVegan-presented “Music Driven” series; the film will be out in February on streaming and VOD.

The box set features remastered versions of Bush Tetras’ best-known songs, including ”Too Many Creeps” and ”Things That Go Boom In The Night,” as well as songs that were never released on vinyl, and three previously unreleased songs.

‘Freak Scene‘ features rare performance and behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews with the band, as well as Kim Gordon, Henry Rollins, Bob Mould, Thurston Moore, and more.

Thurston Moore’s September tour kicked off in NYC on Saturday night, and featured him backed by his former Sonic Youth bandmate Steve Shelley on drums, and Modern Lovers original bassist Ernie Brooks.
