Online ticketing service Ticketfly is still down, more than 24 hours since announcing they were the “target of a cyber incident.” It’s staying down as they investigate and “don’t have a specific timeline to share right now. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this incident and are working around the clock to resolve the issue and get all Ticketfly systems back up and running.”

One of the welcome warm weather constants in this ever-changing world in which we live in (here in NYC) is Union Pool’s Summer Thunder series, which offers free shows and good vibes every Saturday from June – August.

Much of the Williamsburg that existed in the neighborhood’s early ’00s heyday is gone now — from Glasslands to Daddy’s to Tops to that empty lot on the corner of Bedford & N. 1st — but one thing we’re glad is still around is Union Pool which opened in 2000 and quickly became known for live music, its backyard, and general debauchery.

Talent buyer Alex Rossiter left Webster Hall to work at AdHoc, where he’s focusing exclusively on bigger clubs. Ric also no longer works at Webster Hall (which was just sold).
