‘7s’ is Avey’s fifth solo effort and will be out February 17 via Domino.

The Animal Collective co-frontman’s new solo album is called ‘Cows on Hourglass Pond’ and it comes out in March via Domino.

Zola Jesus and Yves Tumor will be performing at House of Vans on February 23 as part of an immersive installation by visual artist Abby Portner titled Paradox. Portner, who did visuals for John Cale’s Velvet Underground 50th Anniversary shows last year, will turn House of Vans into a funhouse-like experience.

‘Eucalyptus’ is a visual album made with Deakin, Angel Deradoorian, Eyvind Kang, and Jessika Kenney, and visuals by Abby Portner.

As mentioned, Animal Collective, who recently told us what they’ve been digging in 2012, and who are also ending up on other people’s lists for their album, Centipede Hz, will be playing two nights at Terminal 5 (12/4-5) next week to make up for their cancelled Williamsburg Park show, which would have happened in October…
