The free 2017 Bushwick Collective Block Party has free face painting for kids, graffiti and street art, food trucks, a Modelo beer garden, and live music with a lineup that’s heavy on veteran New York rappers.

The show also had Danny Brown, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, A$AP Ferg, Kodak Black, Playboi Carti and still so much more.

This year it takes place at the Theater at MSG.

This week’s Notable Releases include Smoke DZA & Pete Rock’s collaborative LP, a new Lady Lamb EP, raw atmospheric black metal from Ash Borer, and the gothy Worm Ouroboros.
