Greatest Day Ever moves from its previous location in The Bronx to Coney Island for its 2019 edition, and set times have been revealed.

New York real estate developer iStar, along with the City Park Foundation, will fund free shows at the Ford Amphitheater and Seaside Park over the next six years.

After a frigid New Years Day in 2018, where temperatures in Coney Island topped out around 17 degrees Fahrenheit, January 1, 2019 was balmy by comparison. Temperatures rose to the mid-50s, and attendance of the 2019 Coney Island Polar Bear Plunge reflected the relative warmth, with around 2500 people going for a swim in the Atlantic on Tuesday afternoon.
