Connan Mockasin preps ‘Jassbusters,’ screening “absurdist” film on fall tour

"Based on comics and short films Mockasin made 20 years ago, ’Bostyn ’n Dobsyn’ is a five-part film about a music teacher, Bostyn, his student Dobsyn, and Bostyn's band, Jassbusters." After the screening, Connan and his band will appear in character as Jassbusters, which is also the name of Connan's new album that's due out this fall on Mexican Summer.
