As you already know, The Decemberists are playing two shows at the new Bowery Presents venue Terminal 5 here in NYC. Those are actually just two dates from a much larger fall tour that has them playing two nights at every venue in every town (that they’re playing in) – way more multiple-night stints than Colin Meloy‘s hero Morrissey (), but there’s a catch:With their latest jaunt – dubbed “The Long and Short of It” and launching October 28th in Chicago – they’ll hit 13 cities, playing at least two nights in each market…
