Right after Bruno Mars’ cheesy Prince tribute on the Grammy Awards Ceremony, a commercial for the Google Pixel Phone aired where Sampha, Deer Tick’s John McCauley, Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner, Brandi Carlile and more contributed to a “Nothing Compares 2 U” cover.

Tuesday night (1/24) was the “Sincerely L. Cohen: A Celebration of Leonard Cohen” tribute at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, which featured loving renditions of his songs as well as readings of his poetry.

The lineup also includes Deer Tick, Ty Segall, Dungen, Jonathan Richman, Robyn Hitchock, Pinegrove, Xenia Rubinos, KING, and still much more.
