Following her set at Z100’s Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden on Friday night, Olivia Rodrigo stuck around NYC for her second SNL musical guest appearance, including a cake-smearing rendition of “All-American Bitch.”

Saturday Night Live starts its 47th season this Saturday and the cast includes three new Featured Players: Sarah Sherman, Aristotle Athari and James Austin Johnson.

Among the topics she discusses with Scott Aukerman: the whole SNL guitar smash ”controversy,” how many chords are on her new album ’Punisher,’ and what it’s like being a four-time Grammy loser.

The annual comedy and music benefit is going virtual this year with Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, Bill Callahan, Vanessa Bayer, Fred Armisen, Sleaford Mods, John Darnielle, David Pajo, AC Newman, Mary Timony, Steve Albini, and more scheduled to appear.

Meanwhile, SNL has announced three new cast members: Lauren Holt, Punkie Johnson, and Andrew Dismukes.

Tonight’s NYC-area shows include Trey Anastasio Band, NYC Winter Jazzfest (Marc Ribot’s Ceramic Dog, Makaya McCraven, Halvorson + Dietrich, more), Slick Rick, Sacrifice, Jerry Seinfeld, Wicked Willow, “Oh, Such A HUGE Show, Oh!”, and more.
