The free, DIY, all-ages NYC festival celebrated its Quinceañera in a new location, American Veterans Memorial Pier in Bay Ridge, despite being forced to cut 25% of their lineup and two stages in the week leading up to it.

”Despite these challenges, we want to assure you that Punk Island 2023 will still proceed as scheduled on June 18th,” organizers write.
