NYC post-punk icons ESG will be celebrating their 40th anniversary in 2018 and will be touring North American and Europe in honor of it. While full details have yet to be revealed, NYC and L.A. shows are happening in March…

The list is being celebrated with a free NYC show tonight, headlined by Rickie Lee Jones, who will perform Pirates in full (#49 on the list).

The 2017 edition of Athens Popfest takes place in Athens, Georgia from August 9 – 12 at four venues in the city (the Georgia Theatre, 40 Watt Club, Little Kings, and the World Famous).

Baltimore’s U+NFest also has ESG, Celebration, Terry Malts, ESCAPE-ISM (Ian Svenonius), Permanent Waves (Christina Billotte of Slant 6 / Quixotic), and more.
