If I am being honest, I wanted nothing more from this show than to hear the hits. And on that front, they not only didn’t disappoint, but they blew my mind into micro bits. Classics like “It’s So Easy”, “Welcome to the Jungle”, “Mr. Brownstone”, “Rocket Queen”, “Sweet Child O Mine”, “Nightrain”, and “Paradise City” were absolutely shattering…

Guns N’ Roses brought their current tour to the NYC-area last night (10/11) for their first of four shows here. Last night’s was one of three at Madison Square Garden, and during the encore, they brought Pink on stage to sing “Patience” with them. You can see video of that…

They also added dates in Connecticut, DC, Toronto, Nashville, LA and more, after playing an intimate show at NYC’s Apollo last night (pics, videos, setlist)…

Marvel Comics has been paying tribute to classic rap albums for the last couple years with their Hip Hop Variants covers series, that mashed up Dr. Strange with Dr Dre, Spider-Man with 2 Pac, RZA with Nick Fury, and more. They’re doing again but this time with a few classic rock albums…

Guns N’ Roses (Axl, Slash, and Duff included) recently announced more tour dates, including two Madison Square Garden shows in October. Much sooner than that, they’ll play somewhere WAY smaller in NYC…
