Incantation

Mayhem are touring with Incantation leading up to Decibel Metal & Beer Festival in Philly, and Incantation are headlining the Decibel Fest kickoff party in Brooklyn.

Norwegian black metal legends Mayhem spent much of last year playing their 1994 classic De Mysteriis Dom Sathana on tour, and now they have announced a US run of ”Demon Anthology” shows, where they’ll put on an ”extended show containing their greatest songs from all their albums.”

The sampler is free to download as always, but if you do want to donate, this year 100% of the proceeds are going to Rock to the Future, which provides music education for Philly’s underserved youth.

Another round of bands have been announced for Maryland Deathfest, and the festival is saying this is the final list of additions.

Incantation also recently released their tenth album, Profane Nexus.

Swedish black metal vets Marduk ran into some trouble on a North American tour earlier this year, when their nazi accusations were brought up once again and their Oakland show was cancelled because of it. They are attempting another one in August and September with Incantation and Abysmal Dawn…
