Irving Plaza and its owner, LiveNation, are now being sued by two attendees of the concert who claim “serious injuries and mental anguish” from being trampled due to the chaos that followed the gunshots.

This past June, New York rapper Troy Ave (aka Roland Collins) was indicted for attempted murder for the shooting at Irving Plaza during T.I.’s May 25 show at the venue. Troy was also shot in the leg during the incident, though police believe he shot himself, and because of that, Troy is suing the owners of the venue for having security that allowed a gun into the concert…

“In light of last week’s tragic event, we are acting with an overabundance of caution and coordinating a going forward strategy with the New York Police Department that may also include a curfew.”
