After an online leak that included false information about big headliners (like The Strokes, Odd Future, Fleet Foxes, Gayngs, Dan Deacon), and then a promised-but-never-happened announcement about something right after that, NYC show promoters Jelly have officially announced a series of shows at “RockBeach”…

Yesterday Brooklyn365 and Gothamist reported that JellyNYC of Pool Party fame was throwing shows at a place called “Rock Beach” at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn this summer (pictured above)…

I just spoke to the Open Space Alliance who oversee all concerts in North Brooklyn parks (and do a whole lot of other park stuff too). They assured me that, despite what may or may not have gone down at the community board meeting last night, there will be concerts at the Williamsburg Waterfront this summer…
