The new additions join King Diamond, Neurosis, Swans, Murder City Devils, Carcass, Magma, Abbath, Pelican, Melvins, and so many more.

We mentioned back in April that psychedelic sludge vets Kylesa were heading on “indefinite hiatus.” That seems to mean that the members will have time for other projects, and among those is the old, pre-Kylesa band of guitarist Phillip Cope, Damad.

Earlier this month (5/13-15), Atlanta’s fourth annual Shaky Knees music festival went down at Centennial Olympic Park. Headliners included Jane’s Addiction performing 1990’s Ritual de lo habitual in full, the 1975, My Morning Jacket, Florence + the Machine and the reunited At the Drive In.
