CREEM magazine — the storied, rebellious rock n’ roll rag that ran from 1969 to 1989 — is being relaunched as a quarterly print mag, and they’ve put every original issue online to read.

The writing of legendary/infamous rock critic Lester Bangs is the basis for the solo play How to Be a Rock Critic which stars Erik Jensen who co-wrote it with his partner Jessica Blank (who directs). It’ll be at the Public Theater from January 5 – 15.
