“We’re excited to see live music coming back, and looking forward to seeing everyone in Austin for another epic weekend of music and art in Austin, Texas,” say Levitation organizers.

Psych rock icon and 13th Floor Elevators frontman Roky Erickson sadly passed away at the age of 71 on Friday (5/31), and his fellow artists have taken to social media to pay tribute to the hugely influential musician.

After getting rained out in 2016 and taking 2017 off, Levitation festival returned to downtown Austin this past weekend (April 26-30) with artists across the spectrum of what gets called psych.
