This year’s Stopover featured sets from a few Atlanta natives, including Deerhunter, Faye Webster, and Pylon Reenactment Society, along with Priests, Weakened Friends, Empath, Bad Bad Hats, The Beths, Mike Krol, The Mystery Lights, and more. Check out pictures in the gallery above.

For bands, The Savannah Stopover is a way to ease into the festival insanity that is SXSW, and for audiences it’s a chance to catch a lot of bands who are on their way Austin, but in a much more laid back atmosphere. Having the fest in Savannah’s downtown district, where you can drink on the street and take your beverage with you from venue to venue, is a nice bonus.
